A-LIST WISHLIST PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promo is from May 15, 2010 to October 31, 2010.
The promo is open to all shoppers in the following participating Ayala Malls: Glorietta, Greenbelt, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Market! Market!, TriNoma, Bonifacio High Street and MarQuee Mall.
A shopper is entitled to one (1) A-List Wishlist raffle card for every P500 worth of single or accumulated receipts from shops in any one of the participating Ayala Malls. Combining receipts from different participating Ayala Malls is not allowed. Only receipts issued from May 15, 2010 to October 31, 2010 are eligible. Defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ its actual size will not be honored. The A-List Wishlist raffle cards must be redeemed at the Concierge of the participating Ayala Mall where the purchase was made.
The A-List Wishlist raffle card will feature twelve (12) A-List Experiences. The shopper must indicate on the A-List Wishlist raffle card only one (1) A-list experience that he/she wants to win.
The shopper must affix his/her signature and completely fill-up the following details on the A-List Wishlist raffle card: complete name, address, contact number/s (office phone number, house phone number or mobile phone number), age, and participating Ayala Mall where the purchase was made. The A-List Wishlist raffle card must be dropped in drop boxes located at the Concierge of the participating Ayala Mall where the purchase was made.

There is a total of four hundred and four (404) prizes for the promo. The schedule of draw dates, eligibility and prizes are as follows:

Each mall will conduct the Minor Raffle Draws at each malls’ administration office. The Minor Raffle Draws will be done simultaneously in all participating Ayala Malls.
On each of the Minor Raffle Draws, a shopper may win once in each participating Ayala Mall. Non-winning entries for the Minor Raffle Draws will be carried over only to, and will be eligible to participate in, the Grand Raffle Draw, but not to the next Minor Raffle Draw.
A shopper whose name is drawn more than once during the Minor Raffle Draw in a particular participating Ayala Mall will be required to choose the A-List Experience that he/she prefers. A shopper whose name is drawn more than once during the Grand Raffle Draw will get the prize with the higher value. A shopper may win only one prize in the Minor Raffle Draw and the Grand Raffle Draw.
The prizes are subject to the following conditions:
1.   Except as otherwise specified herein, the taxes on all prizes will be paid by Ayala Land, Inc.
2.   All prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
3.   All gift certificates, electronic gift certificates, privileges and other services that form part of the A-List Experiences will be valid until fully consumed.
4.   For the trip for two (2) to Paris prize, KLM will issue a certificate that entitles the winner to two (2) round trip airline tickets from Manila, Philippines to Paris, France. The certificate is valid for one (1) year from date of awarding. Airline tickets that have been issued are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. The hotel will be booked by Ayala Land, Inc. upon confirmation of the travel dates of the winner. Travel taxes and other travel-related expenses shall be for the account of the winner. Travel documents, including passport and visa, must be secured by the winner for his/her account.
5.   The car prize is inclusive of the costs of delivery, first year registration, third party liability insurance and transfer of ownership.
6.   For the condominium unit prize, except for the 20% final tax on the prize, the winner shall shoulder all costs of transfer of ownership and other charges and all costs incident to ownership.
7.   Prizes not claimed after sixty (60) days from date of receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Ayala Land, Inc. with prior approval of DTI.
Winners will be notified by telephone call and registered mail. The winners’ names will also be posted at the Ayala Malls Concierge and published at the Ayala Malls website and in Philippine Star.
All winners of the A-List Experiences may claim their prizes at the Administration Office of the participating Ayala Mall where the purchase was made. Winners of the trip for two (2) to Paris on KLM, the Jewelmer Classic Pearl Earrings and Pearl Strand Necklaces, the Jaguar X-Type 2.0 V6, and of the Alveo – Lerato Studio-type Condominium Unit may claim their respective prizes at the Administration Office of the participating Ayala Mall indicated in the notice sent by registered mail. The Jaguar X-Type 2.0 V6 will be delivered to the address specified by the winner on the A-List Wishlist raffle card after the required documents have been accomplished at the Jaguar dealership.
To claim the prizes, winners must present the notice sent by registered mail, the A-List Wishlist raffle card claim stub, and any valid Government-issued identification card with photo and signature.
Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars as Ayala Land, Inc. may deem appropriate and to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by Ayala Land, Inc. to announce the winners to the general public.
Employees of Jaguar Cars, Incorporated, Alveo Land Corporation, Jewelmer International Corporation, Air France KLM, Ayala Malls Group (Ayala Land, Inc.), Alabang Commercial Corporation, Cebu Holdings, Inc., Station Square East Commercial Corporation, North Triangle Depot Commercial Corporation, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation, and North Beacon Commercial Corporation, their merchants, maintenance and security agencies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.
