1. For every single or accumulated minimum purchase of P300 from any food or non-food establishment in Glorietta 5 from October 15 to December 15, 2009, shopper is entitled to one (1) raffle coupon.
2. Purchase between Monday to Thursday and the shopper is entitled to doubling his/her coupon redemption. (i.e P300 = 2 coupons; P600 = 4 coupons).
3. Customers can exchange their receipts for raffle stubs at the promo booth located at the second floor of Glorietta 5. Fill out the attached raffle coupon/s and get a chance to win during the Minor and Grand Raffle draws. Raffle coupons must be filled out with complete name, address, contact number/s (officie, house number or cell phone number), age, Glorietta 5 establishment where the purchase was made and signature before dropping them in drop boxes provided for at the redemption booth located at the second floor of Glorietta 5.
4. A maximum of ten (10) raffle coupons shall be given per shopper for single/accumulated receipt purchases presented amounting to P3,000 and above.
5. All drop boxes shall be sealed, delivered to Ayala Land Inc - Ayala Malls Group, 5F Glorietta 4 Ayala Center Makati for the raffle draw on December 20, 2009.
6. Minor raffle draws shall be held every two weeks with the supervision of a DTI representative on the following dates: First raffle draw - November 10 (for Oct. 15-30 purchases); Second raffle draw -Nov. 25 (for Nov 1-15 purchases); Third raffle draw - Dec. 10 (for Nov 16-30 purchases) at the 5F Glorietta 4, Ayala Center Makati. Last day of submission of entries will be at 9PM with the following dates: First raffle draw - Nov 10; Second raffle draw - Nov 25; Third raffle draw - Dec 10.
7. The Grand raffle draw shall be held on December 20, 2009 with the supervision of a DTI representative at Glorietta 5 Atrium.
8. Last day of submission of entries for the Grand raffle draw is on the c losing hours of the mall on December 15, 2009.
9. Entries from October 15 to Dee. 15, 2009 shall be valid for the Grand Raffle Draw on Dec 20, 2009.

11, In the event, a winner is drawn twice, the winner can get the prize with a higher value.

13. Winners shall be notified via telephone call and registered mail, and their names shall be posted at the Ayala Malls Website,
14. Winners may claim their prizes at the Quad Merchant's Association Office, 3rd Level Park Square 1, Ayala Center Makati.
15. In claiming their prizes, winner/s must present the Notification Letter from Ayala Malls, claim stub and valid identification card with photo.
16. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from notification or it will be forfeited in favor of Ayala Malls or the Quad Merchants Association Inc. with prior approval of DT!.
17. Ayala Malls reserve the right to validate the receipts from any of the Glorietta 5 establishment. Defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts lesser than % its actual size will not be honored.
18. All employees of Ayala Malls, Quad Merchants Association Inc, their merchants, maintenance, security agencies, employees of their merchants, its advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified in joining the promo.
