SM really su*ks! they already have this "gift card" and funny thing is when you are in the counter to pay they will ask you if is it ok if they will exchange your money-cash to the gift card so they will have "benta", that's their way of promoting it! haha...and so crazy if you have to buy that gift card to give it to someone, the buyer should have it activated first to the cashier before you give it to the person-according to the sales ladies, so crazy, gagaya na lang sa eGC ng ayala malls, hindi pa maayos.
do u know that "concierge" na din sila, if you remember they are using "customer service" before.?duh?

I like Ayala because, it has better restaurants, shopping facilities setup and bookstores. Great palce to hang on.
